Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all Indian orders over ₹1,999. For orders under ₹1,999, a flat rate shipping fee of ₹150 applies.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (₹150 surcharge)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your New Look Salon products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging.
• Please include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your email receipt.

How to initiate a return
